Terms and Conditions

1. Your account

You sign in with Telegram, and you must be signed in to buy. Keep your Telegram account safe: anyone who can open it can order with your account.

2. Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars. The amount on the Pay button is the amount you pay.
• Each order is for one package. Pay with KHQR from your banking app.
• Your KHQR code works for 15 minutes. After that the order expires. If your payment still arrives later, we keep checking for 24 hours and move the order to Paid.

3. Your account details

You are responsible for typing the right details, such as your Player ID and Zone ID. Check them before you pay. Once a top-up has gone to the account you typed, we cannot take it back.

4. Delivery

After your payment arrives, our team delivers your order by hand. You can follow it on the Orders page, and we message you on Telegram when it is done.

5. Refunds

• If we cannot deliver your order, or we delivered it wrongly by our mistake, we refund the full amount you paid.
• We return the money outside the store and contact you to arrange it. The order then shows as Refunded.
• Top-ups and digital services cannot be returned once delivered correctly, including when the details you typed were wrong.

6. Promo codes

• You can use one promo code per order.
• A code may be limited to some products, expire on a date, or run out after a number of uses.
• A discounted price never goes below $0.01.

7. Coins

• You earn 1 Coin for every $0.10 you pay, once your order is completed.
• If an order is refunded, its Coins are taken back. Your balance can go below zero.
• Coins have no cash value and cannot be sold or given to someone else. They do not expire.

8. Games and services

Top-Up24 is an independent seller. We are not part of the companies that make the games and apps we sell for, and their names belong to them. Their own rules still apply to your account.

9. Fair use

Do not use stolen money, cheat with promo codes, or try to harm the store. If you do, we may cancel your orders and close your account.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update this page and the date at the top. Orders you already placed follow the terms from the day you ordered.
